Viva Las Vegas

Hi again, I got to go on my first road trip 2 weeks ago! I went to Vegas for my cousin Jordy Bear's basketball tourney. Don't tell him, but I thought basketball was kinda boring. I didn't understand any of the calls. A lot of my family went. My Grandma, Papa, Aunty Lisa, Uncle Bill, Aunty Stacey, Uncle John, and all my cousins! Of course my Mommy and Brother too! I promised my Mommy I would be good, so she wouldn't make me stay home! I kept to that promise. On the car ride there I didn't fuss once! We only had to make a couple stops for a diaper change and gas. On the way back was a different story. :) At the gas station a man walked up to my Papa and asked for money. Papa gave him $20 bucks and he didn't even know him. I guess I know where to go when I need some cash! I got to sit in the middle of my Grandma & Brother. They played with me lots!











When to got to the hotel is was so hot. It was 115 degrees! I was melting, but my Mommy quickly ran me inside. There were bright lights all over the place. I thought I was dreaming. I thought my Papa was nice, but he wouldn't let me play any of the games. He said he will take me when I turn 21. I told him I was only 7 1/2 months so, he should just let me try once.I thought I had a chance since he gave that man 20 bucks, but noooo ...

We went out to dinner that night. We were going to drive down the strip but, my Papa got lost. I don't understand how he did that. I could even see the lights on the strip. We ended up eating at Circus Circus. I sat in a high chair for the first time by myself. I really missed my Daddy so, I had to call him!

At the end of the night I was soooo sleepy. Cammy read my a story and nighty night I went.

When I was sleeping my Mommy snuck down to the casino. She played craps with my Aunty Lisa. I think I was Mommy's good luck charm. Aunty Lisa & Mommy kept on winning! Don't worry guys and Gary don't call 1-800-save-a-child! My Mommy didn't leave me alone in the room! I was with Grandma!

The next day we did lots of stuff. I tried to wake up Dylan so he could come out a play but, he wouldn't budge!I learned a lot of new things!

My brother Cammy taught me how to bowl!This is what happened... I just feel over. Hey the ball weighed half of what I weigh! My cousin Dylan beat everyone and he will be 4 next week.












I got to play air hockey too!

I even rode on a motorcycle with my cousin Kolby...

and met the real Spongebob Squarepants!

I even tried to understand why my cousins play basketball but, I just don't get it. It was stinky down there!

The whole trip was so much fun! My Mommy even came home with more money than she took. My Dad was very happy about that! There was only one catastrophe of the trip. My Mom lost my glow seahorse. If you know me? You know that seahorsey goes everywhere with me! The morning we left horseys batteries died. Mom stole the ones out of Dad's remote. I wonder how long it took Daddy to figure that out? My mommy was more upset than me. She was even crying. She was happy she had taken a picture of me with my horsey right before it went missing! Nessa looked all over and checked lost and found. We searched Papa's car and it was no where to be found... but, guess what??? The next day Aunty Stacey found it!!! It was in her truck. I am not sure how because I never drove her truck... I think my Uncle John just wanted to sleep with it. It plays lots of lullabies!I was so happy!!!! I had so much fun on my first trip to Vegas. I really missed my Dad and my Grandma & Grandpa. I can't wait until I turn 21 so, I can go back with my Papa!

My busy week

Hi Guys, I am so happy my Mom is sticking with my blog! I have had a good week so far! This week was really special for my Mommy and my Daddy. It was their anniversary, so I got to spend the night at Grandma & Grandpa's. I guess they deserved a little sleep. I love my Mom & Dad, but I really LOVE to stay at Grandma's house! I have my own crib in their room. They play with me so much! They have a big swimming pool. My Grandpa was a little mad at my Mommy because she forgot to pack my swim suit. I was kinda mad too because I promised my brother I was going to become a great swimmer. Oh well I will just have to pick up an extra suit to leave at Grandma & Grandpa's. We went to see my Great Grandma. She thinks I am pretty cool.
I am scooting and rolling all over the floor. I have lots of toys but, I really only want to play with water bottles. I am so close to being able to crawl.
Guess what this week I am going on my first road trip!! Viva Las Vegas!! I am so excited. All of my cousins are going. I even get to see my Aunty Stacey & Uncle John. I haven't seen them in so long. I promised my Mommy I would be so good. She was going to leave me home with Dad but, that's boring! I can't wait but, I will really miss my Daddy, Grandma, & Grandpa. Stay tuned for next week! Hopefully I will win big and my Mom & Dad can retire!!

My brother is probably the coolest person I know. He is such a good swimmer. He is teaching me how to swim. He says I will be a fish by the time I am one! Do I want to be a fish? I guess that's a good thing...

I love to watch him play baseball. He plays 1st base and pitcher. I have never missed one of his baseball games!













He even reads to me...

Grandpa's

Grandpas hold our tiny hands for just a little while, but our hearts forever.

I have 2 Grandpa's and a Papa. I am one lucky girl.

My Grandpa John loves to play with me. He loves reading me stories too. He told my parents they have to read to me everyday. I think my Grandma Roxanne is kinda jealous of him though, when he is around she never gets to hold me! Like I said before I think I am his favorite person ever! I don't think he likes my flower outfit though



I love my Papa. He always steals me away from my Mommy. He even took me to the sand and the ocean for the first time. He never watches babies(I think we scare him) but, a few weeks ago he watched me & brother for 5 hours. It was fun and I went easy on him.

I love to eat!

I was so excited when my Dr. told me I could eat real people food! I was 5 1/2 months old. My Parents decided to try something out of the ordinary. The gave me Avocado. Smashed up of course. I am not to sure how I felt about it. It was kinda bizarre but, I love it now especially mixed with Bananas. My Mommy and I cook all my food. It's so easy and I am already a great cook. I am only 6 3/4 months old. Imagine what I will be cooking by the time I am 2?! My favorite food right now is baked sweet potatoes!


Last night my parents let me try to feed myself.

It was so slimy! I loved it! It was just a little messy...






I think I will stick to letting the adults feed me for a little longer.

I am so lucky because my Daddy works so hard, so I get to stay home with Mommy!

I don't let her sleep much and she is still so nice to me! My Mommy reads me lots of stories. I like stories about cowgirls and ponies. I like to grab the pages now and rip them out of the book. Maybe my Grandpa John will buy me a kindle!

My Mommy talks to me so much. Some people think she is crazy! We were in the grocery store the other day. My mom was telling me all about vegetables. A man gave my mom a dirty look, but it's okay cause she says it will make me smart!

What can I say my Daddy is great! He calls me pumpkin head. He loves to play with me and tickle me. I like to watch sports with my dad! I love watching the Nascar race with him. The cars are very noisy and I love noisy things. I really loved watching the Chargers with him! I can't wait until next season!

My first holidays!

My first holiday was Christmas! (only because I was smart and made my appearance early) I had like 4 Christmas outfits. My Mommy had to change me a lot. Here is my favorite outfit.
It was pink with polka dots and a picture of Santa!

That Santa man is AMAZING! I got so many new toys, clothes, and books. I got to see my whole family too. I was kinda the center of attention. Um hello look at me! I can't wait until next Christmas. I was worn out by the end everyone wanted to hold me. Here I am sleeping on Brother.

The Next big one was Easter! I dyed eggs with my cousins. My Daddy says the Easter Bunny comes and hides them. I am not sure why because my cousins just had to go looking for them. My cousin Kolby stopped what he was doing and helped me find some eggs too!

Here is a picture of all of my cousins on Easter! The one next to me is Dylan. He isn't quite sure about me yet! I think I scare him because he thinks I am going to steal his blanket aka Baby. I did take his crib though so, I guess I understand! Look for me on the end. I am so little!

I loved the Fourth of July! I went to a BBQ at my Grandpa John's & Grandma Roxanne's. Then I went to a BBQ Papa & Grandma Robin had. Once again I saw my whole family! I am so happy I have such a big family. When Mommy, Daddy, & I went home we watched fireworks from our backyard. They were so pretty. I was amazed. My daddy even set off his own fireworks! Our neighbors & I thought it was pretty cool. I guess my Mommy didn't. She was yelling at my Dad something about it being illegal. She said I can never do anything illegal and that my Daddy was setting a bad example! I don't think she cared that much though because I loved them so much!

Look how big I got from Christmas! It's amazing how fast I grow. I am almost ready to crawl. I bet I will be crawling by next week!

My new Home & first bath!

I was so excited to come home! I was so excited to see my new room. My Mommy & Daddy painted it and Grandma Robin designed it. It's so cool!

My day at the hospital!

Sorry my Mom is kinda behind on this whole blog thing and I can't really type that fast yet! Like I said before my first few days were amazing! There were so many people there to see me! A security guard actually came to my room to tell us I had too many visitors. I think she was just jealous! I wasn't going to name everyone but, my Mommy says when I look back on this it will be pretty cool! She's pretty smart so I guess I will listen!

My cousin RyRy came all the way from Bakersfield to see me. My cousin Nessa came too. My cousin Jordy Bear had to wait outside by himself cause he was too young, but we snuck him in later!
Wow that is a lot of people. No wonder that security guard was jealous! That's not even all my family either.

Everyone says I have my Daddy's toes. What do you think? My Aunty Lisa says that makes me very lucky! I don't know why? I guess she will tell me when I get big! She promised take me to get mani's and pedi's! I can't wait!

December 13th, 2009

Let me tell ya a little about the day I was born. I was due on December 31st. That's 1 day after my Mom's birthday if you didn't already know! My mom's Dr. said we were ready a little earlier. Sshh don't tell but, it was actually because my due date was after Christmas. I wasn't going to miss out on all those presents! I'm not crazy! December 13th, 2009 was the day! I promised my parents I would be out in time for Chargers kick off. It was against the Cowboys, so I guess it was kinda important. My Mommy was induced at 8:30 and out I came at 12:31 without a problem. I even gave them 34 minutes to spare and I was just in time to watch the Broncos lose! I was easy on my Mommy cause she's my favorite! There were so many people at the hospital. I was so excited to have such a big family. I even have a brother. He's pretty cool. He loves me a lot. Here's a video of my new family trying to guess my weight! Let's see if anyone gets it right??
Nope no one did. Oh wait...
My brother guessed right! I told you he was pretty cool! My Mommy was only off by an ounce!

Hi, I am Allie!!!!

Hey Guys, My Mommy has been promising me to start my blog... but I like to keep her very busy!! She has to do the typing. Well I guess better late then never right??

My name is Allie Lori Amison. My parents named me Allie cause they loved it and it's different, so, I like it too! My middle name is Lori and I am named after a lady that my Dad says was very important to him. He said he will tell me more about her later! I can't wait. I am almost 7 months old. I was laying on the floor with my Mommy today and she started crying because I was rolling all around. I don't know why I thought it was fun! She says it because I am getting so big. I am not really that big I am only 17 pounds and 23 inches long. That's not big right? Since my Mommy took so long to start my blog she is going to post pictures of the last seven months. Then she will help me type a new blog every week! Here's one of my fave pics to start with! Oh I almost forgot... Today we had a big earthquake! It wasn't my first Earthquake :( My mom was holding me and we went running under a doorway. The whole house was shaking! My Dad came over to us and hugged us, so I knew we were all safe! In the end it was kinda fun!!
